Having worked in the jewellery industry for so long, we at Mill & Way realise that choosing the right size ring for your partner can be a daunting prospect. This is why we offer you one free resize of your ring within the first year of your purchase with us.
If you do require a resize we can send you out a Resize Pack which will include a ring sizing gauge. You can request this by email or phone.

This may sound crazy but it really does work!
Step 1. Get an old used toothbrush or a new soft bristled toothbrush.
Step 2. You need some Fairy Washing Up Liquid (other makes are available)
Step 3. Fill a bowl/sink (with plug in) and put a small amount of the washing up liquid on your diamond, gently scrub your ring in the warm water with the soft bristle toothbrush until clean (this shouldn’t take long at all)
Step 4. Gently dry with a soft cloth.
Step 5. Enjoy your sparkle!
At Mill & Way we really do not recommend the use of Jewellery cleaning fluids - too many times, we have seen rings that have come back where the metal is damaged and diamonds that have lost some of their sparkle.
We will include a valuation of your ring when you purchase it. Please contact us if you require an up to date valuation of a piece you have previously purchased from Mill & Way.

On the rare occasion that your partner prefers a different design, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days - please note that this policy does not apply to purchases made at an appointment. As long as the ring is in an unworn condition and back on site within 14 days we will offer to exchange the ring for a different style of the same value or more. Unfortunately this will not be possible for customers who have selected our bespoke designs, ‘Proposal Range’ or any ring which has had engraving or finishes added.
